| Re: country wide ,wells fargo as investor 3kidshelp, Glad you found the forum and posted. As to making the payments: Call CW and see if they will accept any payments. Sometimes, they will not accept partial payments (ie: 3 out of 8 owed) You may want to contact NACA, if this is your only property and you live in it. https://www.naca.com/refinance/refinanceSubmission.jsp They are a non-profit to help homeowners.. Some have found them helpful when CW is being a problem. The process takes time, as you know. Hang in there and good luck!

Re: country wide ,wells fargo as investor NACA submitted mine and told me to call them back to check on it in 30 to 45 days. I would consider that to be quick, I never here from countrywide! I'm only 8 days into my wait. But with NACA on the first mortgage and me on the second something should happen. I'm supposed to hear from the second by this Friday. Countrywide receives the offer/plan instantly over the electronic docs transfer, according to NACA website. They may not admit it though, remember who you are dealing with.

Re: country wide ,wells fargo as investor Good Morning 3Kids, From what I was told by the NACA, CW didn't even review my proposal until three weeks after it was actually submitted to them.

Re: country wide ,wells fargo as investor Lowering the stress and worry is a huge help. I use to live for that at work! I worked best when the pressure was on and hard. I'm 51 and been retired for 14 years, I DO NOT miss the stress and pressure anymore. When there are other people helping with all this and the support here, it almost gets easy. We all have to keep hanging in there and fighting. congrats kgusta!

Re: country wide ,wells fargo as investor Wow 3kidshelp, I'm in the same boat as you. 1st loan through CW, investor is with WellsFargo. I was denied a loan mod from CW twice, and also heard that Wells Fargo as an investor is hard to deal with. My re-structure proposal from NACA was submitted on 4/7. Just waiting out the 30-45 days... Good hear that someone has had success with Wells.

Re: country wide ,wells fargo as investor denised, here's how. Let a 24 year old kid in an 8,000 lb power company bucket truck think he can beat you through the intersection. He did not make it and neither did my chopped custom 66 HD FL. Not the way to retire if you can avoid it..

Re: country wide ,wells fargo as investor It is a waiting game for sure. NACA submitted my loan mod plan to CW on April 9th. I called CW yesterday and was told they do not even show me working thru NACA. The advocacy Dept. told me if you work thru NACA they can not talk to you about your loan mod so go ask NACA. I pushed a little bit and was trying to find out if CW would tell me they had received it. They said they have a 3 week backlog of file information. So I called NACA back today and the lady said she was sending a email to the NACA contacts within the Advocacy Dept. at CW. It really is a waiting game, but you still have to try and cover all your bases. Cobra

Re: country wide ,wells fargo as investor I called Countrywide today and asked about the implementation of the Making Home Affordable - Modification program. The representative flat out said that my investor will not participate in this program. Then I told her that her statement is not true because Wells Fargo (my investor) is participating and they issued a statement on their website stating it. She then said that she did not know this and have to look into that herself. As for as Countrywide implementing the Making Home Affordable - Modification program, it's not available yet. No update per the representative as to when it's up and running.

Re: cw and naca-naca mod It all depends on who you end up speaking to at CW, I spoke to someone yesterday and she told me that there were emails going back and forth between CW and Naca but that was about it. I would call back and see if anyone else will give you any info.
