NACA/CW April Restructure Submittals

lol...I hung on to every word they said....do you remember the last day you spoke to them? they probably submitted while on the phone with them? If you don't remember, try looking online at your counseling appt. and see the last time you spoke to them.

Ours says the same thing with no date. I don't think their website gives out any dates on there for when it was submitted or anything.

Rumor;

NACA submitted 4-8. No news yet. Mailed letter to Barbara Desoer last Monday and started emailing her Thursday. Got a call from 805-000-0000 last Friday. They did not leave a message but hope for another call today.
We need to al keep the pressure on so they move ASAP with mods.

Has anyone heard anything about April NACA submissions to CW?

I called NACA this morning and the representative has no update and told me to call back in two weeks since it ususally takes 60 days.

Sent letter to Ms. Desoer and hope that it could speed up the time frame for my NACA submittal as well.

Just resent my email to Barbara Dosoer. First one got returned. We have been working with NACA since 1/26 and just last week were told they had not heard from Countrywide/BOA. Maybe we can now hear something one way or the other, good or bad. At least then we won't be in limbo anymore.

Naca submitted mine to CW on 4/17. Nothing yet..I emailed so many people at BA that today I get a phone call from someone who said they might be able to help speed things up..they asked me for my "financials" so they can see what I submitted to NACA. I called NACA and they said that they always submit to the same dept and I was dealing with the wrong dept? There went my hopes..I will have to wait it out but NACA now says it takes 45-120 days for an answer..do we have that much time???

Same boat for me. Why don't they just hold off on the process until our mods are reviewed? I am praying that is the case.

Spoke to Naca today and asked how long (Submitted 4/13) she said that it's entirely up to the lender. They (Naca) would have this done very fast but CW is slow to respond to requests and stuff. Asked if we should contact CW to make sure they don't forget us, she said it's up to us but to remember that Naca is negotiating for us.

That is exactly what I told the girl who called me after I emailed BOA pres. B Dosoer. That NACA would be doing all of my negotiating for me in no way did I want to give up on NACA and go with them! At least BOA now knows I am out there, but won't fall for their stories anymore. Told I gave CW a chance back in Nov. and it went nowhere. A big Thanks but No Thanks. Girl who called said I could give her info to NACA and she would move things along faster, but I thought that NACA had their own negotiators at CW. So confused now.

Maybe she has better contact with the CW negotiators that deal with Naca and she can put your file before others and it's only right that they should..it's a big possibility and they should resolve your mod as soon as possible. It's only right considering you've waited for so long..

I am thinking I will hang on to her number,I am supposed to call NACA again next week. If they tell me again that they haven't heard anything, then I can let them know about my call from BOA and see how they feel about it. Don't want to get NACA upset that I am calling before my next scheduled time either. They say they need the 2 weeks between calls to do what they do.

Right before I went thru NACA, I was still trying to act in good faith and negotiate directly with CW. The system kept cancelling my request for mod for one reason or another so someone manually adjusted it to "referred" and that's what my online CW acct has said ever since. NACA submitted my file on 4/22 and now all of a sudden I am not able to access my online CW account. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this a bad sign?

NAC submitted on 4/9 and on 5/7 my CW acct says approved. But as of today NACA has not received anything. They did e-mail CW for an update. So I am hoping it is not a fluke. I got a sale date and NACA contacted CW for me, don't know if it was stopped yet or not. I do know that the collection calls have stopped from CW. I hope that is why it is happening so quickly.

Thanks for the update. I hope I will get the approval email on Friday!!! My status on CW website has not changed at all. It's "referred." Not sure what that means. But was like that since March 11th.

OK I HAVE A NEW question,

Have any of you recieved a letter from lender/stamped by court, date and signed sent certified too, back in February and it stated three months from this date and it was dated 02/18/09 your home will not be put up for auction, OK SO WHAT ABOUT NOW AND ? IS MAY 18 my sale date ?because nothing has changed, except I'm with naca but my file hasnt been submitted. I have never heard of anyone else receiving such a letter and what does that mean exactly? I try to get answers from Countrywide and no one knows or they say your in the middle of a loan mod don't worry about it. First of all, what loan mod? Secondly, the last time they told me not to worry, I didn't and they have practically foreclosed in front of my face while turning down four mods except the ones I send back overnight to be told they never received???? So they say "these actions will proceed but its just the process and nothing will happen to your home" I ask "can you put that in writing." I have received nothing but foreclosure mail........Just want to know if anyone knows and what does a sale date letter look like?? CW are liars, I'm just tired of not knowing if my home is really my home. **&^^%%$$cw(*&^%%$$#@# thanks!

NACA submitted our package to CW/BOA on April 22. I called BOA yesterday and after getting passed on to five different departments was told that they had not received anything from NACA. Anybody else submitted on or about the same date confirm their package was received by BOA?

• I received a letter from ReconTrust who handles auctions for CW.
• And then I received a letter from CW (BOA) about the breach or nonperformance and their intent to auction listing the date etc.
• Also a certified letter
• Go to your states court documents to the county recorders office it is public record when they do a Trustee sale
• Also recontrust has awebsite thalists upcoming sales

• Also, go to NACA's site and there is an place on the top of the page that says click here for sale auction date. Send an e-mail to them
• I also faxed the doc's to NACA
• Then call NACA about the date
• NACA e-mailed CW for me but it took 5 days or so for a response from CW
• But, then on my CW account it said loan mod approved

Any updates on April NACA submittals?

I got a call from a "Julie" confirming that they have my NACA submittals and that April submittals are being reviewed. Haven't heard back fom her after that.

I called the Advocacy Dept tonight.....was told my restructure had been received from NACA and was being reviewed. That's all they could tell me. Then I called NACA, was told I have been assigned a negogiator at CW/BofA but she couldn't release the name of the person. NACA also told me that CW/BofA holds my mortgage.....and to call back in two weeks to see if they have a final determination.

Now I will send an email to Barbara DeSoers, the BofA prez and see what that gets me.

In two weeks, I will be 3 months behind and this mess has already trashed my credit rating big time. Any credit card I have with BofA has had it's credit line lowered to the bare minumum. Which is such an insult after having these cards for so many years and paying on time (well, a few 30+ days late over the years) and every few years paying them off in full. I am talking many, many thousands of dollars!!! Makes me so mad.......

Julie is the one who called me last week. She indicated I might have some word by the end of the month. So..that kind a fits with what she told you.
