Got my FedEx last night!!!

They have to be signed and notarized and returned by May 4. They are asking for pay stubs and "lender's title insurance" which I am assuming is already on the loan, will call today to verify.

regarding the lender's title insurance, it should included with your mtg. I sent them a copy of my HUD statement and highlighted the portion showing the title insurance was purchased during closing. I also set in my paystub for the last 30 days.

keep copies of everything you submit and congrats again!!!!

Thanks, I will get my HUD 1 and do that and send 30 days of pay stubs (they didn't ask for a set time), just says recent pay stub, but better to send enough than not!

I will definitely keep copies of everything, including FedEx label!

NACA is for REAL! I feel like I have been given a lifeline!

NACA is the best. I also included a note telling cw that a copy of the docs i sent to them will be sent to NACA.

Also, my docs were received by cw yesterday and updated on the cw website the same day. i was shocked!!!

I do have one additional form to send back, not sure if I just sign it or fill the form in, there was no signature flag on this page. It is a "Finance Affidavit" from my local county's tax office. Did you get this form as well?

Hi afishym,

I did not receive a Finance Affidavit. You can call NACA to see if they know what it is. When i called cw regarding the docs, no one could answer my questions.

is your CW account updated yet? some have posted that thier online account is updated, mine still says "approved, completed and is pending final changes to your account and it should be updated by 5/14 (this date was 5/4)

Yes, my 1st mtg. is shut down online. But, my 2nd is still listed online. CW says they know nothing about NACA and just got off the phone with NACA and they said to wait. CW says we have been pushed to a foreclosure status. But have not gotten any paperwork on that. Did get the intent to excellerate in Dec. but nothing since. It's a pressure cooker! The only hope is seeing everyone else get their DOC'S in the mail. CONGRADULATIONS TO YOU ALL!!!

I hope you are reading this... I know our files were both submitted at the end of January just within days of eachother...have you heard anything yet?? I was locked out of my CW online account for 2 months, now it's back up and says that our loan is being reviewed for assistance. Hopefully, this has to do with what NACA proposed to CW.

So, I am just curious if you have heard any news yet.

Nothing yet and getting nervous, wasn't able to make a payment in April, hoping to get a full payment in before May 15th. In the beginning our account showed, "active processing" but for the last month it shows only that CW had received two apprasial reports on 3/5. Then states "No results found for this account" Last called NACA almost two weeks ago at which time I was told they didn't have anything and to call back in 2 to 3 weeks. I wonder if they timeline that NACA uses, 60 to 120 days starts with the date they submitted to CW or the date that CW acknowledged receiving it. CW did not show receiving our info until 2/26 but was submitted by NACA on 1/26. Which could mean we are at either the 60 or 90 plus day mark. Asked NACA once but the rep never answered.

Did that guy at CW ever call you back regarding Naca? I'm curious if they actually return phone calls. I have no one to call ....LOL.... but it still helps to know if they make an effort.

I chatted with Jackeline on the NACA live chat yesterday...she says they still show no notes from CW. I told her about our CW account showing "active processing" on being reviewed for assistance. I'm really hoping it has to do with what NACA proposed to them. I am getting really nervous that CW is going to "sit on" this and let it slip thru the cracks like they did before. We have an auction date in June, so if CW is playing games, it will only give us a little over two weeks to find a rental and move, since they won't know anything until after 5/28. I am so stressed out by this.

Quick question for those who have gotten docs, is your CW account changed to reflect the new interest rate and payment information?? Mine updated on 4/14 to say approved and completed pending changes to my account and not to call back before 5/14, but the CW rep told me yesterday could take up to 90 days to process and of course the first thing she did is tell me I am due for March and April Payments and did I want to pay them, Huh! said no just got a modification that included them, waiting for it to finish processing, her response oh yeah I see that, duh!

No, I didn't call him. I don't really know what to say to him anyway, speed up the Naca process for my account?? lol..I wish but I'll just wait to hear back from Naca. The only thing that I would like to get some help with is CW updating our account with the Naca info. They keep saying that they don't have anything from Naca and Naca might have to resubmit. That's a scary idea...I wonder if emailing him might help though......?? You can probably figure out his email by his name.

I requestrd yesterday for my CW mod person to call me, nothing yet. They need to get off their arse and help people. I swear I hate the waiting game.
