NACA approval email: Anyone get the docs yet?

Everyone who received the email on 3/19 should check the status on their account mine has been updated to approved also. Maybe it will show approved and you just have not received docs.

Hi, I asked this in another thread, but no one answered...I wanted to know for those who were approved with NACA for the restructure.....are any of you collecting unemployment? Did they count that since it's only a temp thing? We're scheduled to have our file sent on Monday. They need my last paycheck stub for this week. My husband is on unemployment and the first counselor we spoke to said the worst case would be a forbearance.

I received an automated call that I will be getting workout information from Fedex. This does not sound like the NACA deal so now there will be 2 deals on the table??
I already received the NACA/Hope/Pittsburgh Fedex the day before yesterday and now my CW acct says this:

*Now I'm really confused*...I feel a little guilty because I sent a separate hardship letter to CW directly, and after that is when I applied to NACA. I wonder if I made it double work for them, or if this is really the NACA situation (but that is due back by 5.3.2009, and this other thing states 5.14.2009).
I don't know what to think at this point!

Did anyone else get an automated phone call today about something similar that have already received their NACA restructure?

MP927 I got this call to when I received my last mod. I already had received the fedx package and the call came days later. They are just behind and of couse not communicating. This call comes from the hope team just like our NACA Mod docs came from them as well. I will bet it all that its the same NACA mod. My status says the same thing and to be expecting a package and call.

the hope team told me before that once CW approves and puts the MODS together they are responsible for just sending them out and answering questions about the terms.

NACA submitted my proposal on 12/31/08 and
my CW account changed to "approved" at the end of February. It still says the same today.

Well, tomorrow's a new day (trying to keep chin up).

FLgata and denised hang in there. I know you will be next. I think because it was so many approvals they are going out in batches.
MP927 I came home today and my husband told me CW/Hope team called. They wanted to know if we received our docs and do we have any questions. My husband told them no and that they were signed and returned. I think most who got docs this week will receive this call like you did.

hi everyone.. we received our modification docs from cw on the 8th , it did lower our payment by quite a lot, from 4300. to 1900. but the amounts owed are on top of the original loan. our home appraised last year at 365,000, our loan then was for 437,500.00, now its at 485,460.00... if we sign.. naca said cw wouldnt lower the principal. just the interest rate. which went from 7.75 to 2.0 for the remainder of the loan.. .

let me clarify my last message.. we had gotten the congrats email from naca on march 18th.. then nothing.. then told wait another two weeks, and they didnt know the terms.. on april 8th we received the docs from cw, by fed ex.. we have til may 5th to sign and return.. they put the 7 months behind, and the taxes they paid, and some fees of theirs onto the loan. we are not required to pay any upfront fees, and our new payment of 1900.00 would be effective on june lst 2009, however, our new loan balance is 486,460.00 waaay above what our home is worth right now in this market.. on the other hand, the payment is within our range, and we can save our home.. naca was very helpful, when we tried we got no where, and sooo many companies tried to get us to go with them for a fee anywhere from 3000.00 to 6000.00.. naca was free, and they got results..i hope everyone else gets their answer too. and soon.!

Just got off with phone apt with NACA they were an hour late calling but they called. They just took and confirmed information and are calling back on Wed. once the packet is together. I hope they act quickly we have sale date on 4/29. The one represenative said they can stop it right up to 24 hours. She said AHMSI has been responding to their loan mods. So hope to hear something soon!!!
