thanks for the reply, it's a new mortgage, new purchase of a home. I discovered yesterday that offers pre-approval within 48 hours of submitting the needed documents. I triple checked that it is indeed a pre approval and not a pre-qual

I can slam out my pre-approvals extremely quick, I'm not licensed in Nevada (will be soon) but I know someone that is and can be quick.
