    getting married to get a refi

    i already am in a domestic partnership. my credit is ruined but his is fantastic. would getting married help in getting a refi ?

    No you do not have to get married for the refinance. You can try refinancing using his financials as well and he will be a co-borrower on the new loan..

    If you are both on the Deed then one person can refinance the property in his/her name only. Obviously that persons assets and liabilities would be used solely by the lender.
