Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0  | Where can I get a SIVA loan given a high downpayment? I am planning to buy a home around $300,000. I have $250,000 cash and can have a down payment of over 70% on the home. I know most banks don't offer a loan if I don't have an employer and have been self employed less than 2 years. So is there any bank out there that can help me get a $80,000 loan? |
