HELP! Need Recommendations for Chapter 13 Attorney in Bay Area - Loan Modification Forum

Hi everyone, the title says it all. I am looking for some recommendations for an attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area that deals with Chapter 13. I have called two "bankruptcy" attorneys and they told me they don't think I can get an unsecured second mortgage stripped in Chapter 13.

Am I misunderstanding everything I am reading on the internet or are they wrong?

For info, I already called the law firm that advertises on here (Fransen and Molinaro). They don't service my area and said they didn't know anyone up here to refer me to.
