Waiting to file; Want to make sure I am on the right path..

Hello all, first payment missed was Dec 08, got the NOD middle of May 09, decided to file ch7. My income has dramatically decreased so I know I will qualify.

I stopped making payments on the 2 car loans as well, turned one in already, and the other will be going this month.

All CC payments have ceased, stopped paying HOA and everything pretty much besides utilities. I think I read somewhere to stop making the sewage/trash payment as well?

Trying to save money for the move and everything else currently.

I do not want to file until I have to move pretty much, so I guess it will be a waiting game.




Anything else I should know? Any advice, comments, suggestions?

I suggest that you discuss this with your BK attorney..
