giantsfan Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2009 Posts: 79 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0	Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Just wanted to find out if anyone else has filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and how are they making out with it? Has it helped or made things harder on them? A lawyer said that it will stop the foreclosure but we have to try to make the same mortgage payments that we couldn't afford in the first place, but they will combine all the other bills together so we only have to make one payment besides the mortgage. Not sure about all of this. If anyone has any insight, please forward. Thanks.
