Either they never sent the papers or I never sent them in, nonetheless my home never got reaffirmed so the last year I have been making payments (on time) and not getting any credit for it because well, once you file BK the mortgage company can not report anything to my credit report. So to someone like you, it looks like my house was included in CH7 when it really wasn't. I am (if you will) been making payments in good faith and on time. So if I am on time with payments but my home was not reaffirmed can I still receive a loan modification through Obama's magic plan? I can tell you that my house is BY FAR not worth what I owe and I am well over that 38% monthly income that I think this program is trying to help. Any ideas? |
