Have missed you. I know your busy-it would be great to hear from you. If you have heard any chatter about bankruptcy judges coming to town, free homes for everyone, or any ol thing. Is it time for members of Loansafe to get their letters of banking betrayal and proceed with a file to be delivered to whomever is in charge in Washington via a Loansafe bus trip to the Capitol steps? I would suggest pic of all members in front of their home to give it the human connection or how about finding out if you can get on Oprah in a round table conversation. Is this something we can pull together?
Or maybe set up a meet and greet with our new President? Please send us a shout out. Another idea would be set up satelite offices where loansafe could work as mediators for homeowner and banks. Like a non profit and actually do the time consuming Tasks and have the lawyers overlook the papers and advise people on how to do it yourself bankruptcy, You must be aware how many scammers are there but we could do it legit.Offices in Calif., Arizona, Wash and Oregon. Then arrive enmasse to deliver and have a sit down in DC, Grass Roots efforts coming in with case after case and even have some "fixes" for them to ponder. Have a sit in on the capital steps. Especially if the 350B is given to the banks and the money goes into a vault never to see the daylight might get somebody's attention. Show them we are not the losers they want to be. What to do? Can we get mobilized into advancing our agendas? New Pres coming to town on Tuesday. Lets get the word to him (in the most polite way) Talk to me........I need a job so I can be of service...

Hello everyone!

I have been sooooooo busy planning just what you are speaking of in addition trying to form "master" alliances to do "exactly" what you are speaking of.

Right now, I am in Stamford, Connecticut for another Save the Dream event with NACA. This event will be similar to the Washington event, but this one will be just to help the people in the great states of NY, CT, NJ and surrounding states. They can come to CT and get free help from hundreds of counselors and free predatory lending assistance from the Loan Safe crew who is flying in this Friday.

One of my plans 925 girl, is to provide "jobs" and "training" to homeowners who have lost their jobs and want to become social activists and social entrepreneurs. Thus far I have kept true to that and have given jobs to *** Damiano, Andrew and Daniel Bailey. So, I hope to continue paying it forward to those who pay it forward here in the community. People just like you 925 Girl and Erika.

If anyone is in the area here of Stamford Ct, please email me or stop by the event this Saturday-Monday. I would love to meet some Loan Safe members and help anyone I can.

Andrew Panessa is coming from PA. It will be the first time we will meet in person and I have been employing him for over a year.

Okay... Now I'm curious to see what Moe has to say about this weekends past event in Connecticut and Obama's views as of last night. Per msnbc, the Senate passed the Stimulus Bill this morning. Any indication of immediate changes with mods to take place? Also, (one more thing) how can I obtain the stats for mods in each state? I'm curious to see if Oklahomans are seeing any mod relief.

From what I understand (it is not clear to me yet), there is NOTHING to address housing in the current legislation that the US Senate passed today. Obama said today in Ft Meyers Florida, something to the effect that, they will address housing exclusively in a separate legislative package within the next couple weeks.
