Old First Horizon Loan contact

I am trying to get an affidavit signed by the beneficiary of a loan which on the trust deed is showing as First Horizon. I used to have a contact there who has done this for me in the past but I can no longer get ahold of them. I keep getting bounced around from First Tennessee bank who says they can't help me as Nationstar is servicing the loan and Nationstar is really a pain to work with and I can't seem to get anywhere with either company. Does anyone have a good contact person with either company?
