I spent better part of this morning (yawn) updating computer so stupid April fools day worm does not get into my computer. That's all I would need to happen, crash and burn, then what? Freak out 'cause I have no computer and can't talk to my freinds here. Talked to my bank yesterday, and we had a nice warm and fuzzy chat about my options and the gal was so nice I wanted to invite her over for dinner. Boy did she ever dangle a carrot in front of me, all it would take to bring me up to date on the loan would be $1800. Huh? After 3 months? That sounded very low to me, but I told her I would have to talk it over with hubby and would call her back. She gave me her direct #. Nope, they don't want my house, problem is neither do I. Did not tell her that, need to stall to make sure we get through the month of May. Did some packing yesterday and it was depressing. Know what else is depressing? I have to go through phase 2 at dentist today. More needles and then a big fat head ache after all wears off. Sooooo, there you have it, woo hoo. |

Cactus when it is all said and done being there for your Mom will have priceless rewards. I truly know this. I am not talking about finances, but what is in your heart. Texas you doing okay? Ready for tomorrow? Please try and feel special while not letting the number get to you, but know your priceless to us and your family. After sitting through our yearly non read day yesterday having safety shoved down our throats with my shoulder ripped to shreds from bolt cutters for a huge chain link I had to cut into the day before knowing since I am a temp employee coming up on five years I sat there pretending nothing was wrong. Our boss at the end gave a speech that we all walked out on a negative note. The powers that be have decided to micro manage our days by looking at our data cap for times of every move we make. This added pressure has lead to people making mistakes. Division wide our stats have never been this bad only they can't see the real reason. The message was doing a good job giving 110% is not good enough. On top of that the powers that be decided to implement if you make one mistake your down the road. For me going to work my days are spent with a fear factor in every minute of everyday. I don't know maybe I am looking at it the wrong way, but I wanted to jump up in that meeting yesterday and scream back off let our hard work speak for itself and leave it at that. Yes, I know I need to be on my knees grateful for having a good paying job with hubby being out of work a month now. I think what is getting to me the most is it is not just about the time we were at each account while that is all they seem to care about. It's about showing kindness to lonely customers, respecting property, trying your best to get each read knowing the sooner you finish a hard day the sooner you can breath again that you did it without any mistakes. Dragging that out is pure torture for me. Sorry for venting on this subject, but thank you for letting me get it out. Hope you all have a GREAT day, Catherine |

If there was a way to figure out a code, how would we impliment that with out everyone knowing as well? Sorry I am dense, OCB ? At least this is the last time I will have to see the dentist for a while. Many things should have been taken care of and were not due to circumstances and that is my fault. I could have prevented some of the pain I am going through. I could also quit smoking, that would help my situation a lot. Yes, I smoke. I quit once at the age of 40 and packed on as many pounds as the age I was. Never lost all of it, but at least some and I am scared to death to quit again because this time, if I pack on pounds that = years, that would be 50. Don't think my knees or hips could support that weight. Hope you have a really good day. Do you have i-tunes in the ears as you stroll along each day? |

The doctor said I have an oral fixation. My husband runs with that comment So I wonder how I could put my number out there |

Just when I thought I hated my part-time job, I hear your story and I feel lucky. Its not the best job nor very good pay but I suppose it is better than nothing. I dont like it all that much and trying to find something better. Chefette, my teeth are hurting listening to you. I havent seen a dentist in 2 years since I lost my health and dental coverage. After 5 years and almost 10 root canals, I dont have much left to hurt anymore. Just hearing the ousnd of those drills in my head.Yikes. Franklinco, how are you? Thanks for kind words about my daughter and health problems. SO busy trying to hang out to the house and all that entails, dont have time to pursue SSDI for my daughter. I should probably get started on since it will probably be a year before I get anything resolved just like my mortgage mod!!!!. Come May it will be a year that I have not made a mortgage payment....and still no NOD.Still dont have my new loan mod application complete with all the required documents. Finally got my taxes done today. I suppose I have become accustomed to lenders delays, I dont rush to do anything. Has anyone ever wonder how much time would go by if you just didnt call or write your lender? |

I agree the tracking and accounting of what value you add from simply doing your best day to day out of pride is pretty much washed out by the distracting, degrading and downright time wasting time put into tracking your time. The process has happened many times from the past with the same result, it only wastes time, lowers productivity and alienates employees from putting their best foot forward. We have the same environment at our work. From working with pride, doing what you can to help out others went to eight hours with no incentive to put forth your best natural abilities. Same bat time, same bat channel. |

For the federal taxes I feel like I should not owe any taxes, after all, I have no representation so taxing without representation should apply. I guess just like home loans, representation is in billet only, not in functionality. If the gov't would look at SS compensation cases at face value instead of worthless stalling in denial, we'd save a trillion or two and knock it off of our national debt. Simple verification would be a lot cheaper than bombardments of obstacles thrown in the way. It's good to read postings from your way. |

I made so little that I will qualify for earned income credit. So this is good. I have to agree, the money spent stalling could save our country considerable $$$ and help people who really need them. I will travel with my daughter this weekend up to Washington for a specialist visit, and today she tells me she doesnt think she can go to school anymore and wants to be home schooled. It may just be the time to start pushing SSDI a bit more. It is impossible for me to have a full-time job (even part-time hard) and manage her medically on top of school. I am also going to school part-time in hopes of improving my skills and job opportunities when the economy turns around. Just like the mortgage debockle, I think it will get worse before it gets better. Kids her age with this medical condition usually dont get better until age 18 or later and I have a 4 more years to go before I might see improvement in her symptoms and condition. Somehow we will manage I suppose. I try to take it all in stride. I dont get too upset anymore with the whole mortgage thing. It out of control to a certain degree. Maybe Ill get my mortgage mod papers in by the end of the week. I suppose I am putting off because I dont want them offer me another sht deal. |

I agree with motivation for attempted modifications of loans, menial term revisions if not lesser than the original terms. Your furthering of your education should help out if the economy ever gets to a recovery mode. With the poor governing actions worldwide, the situation needlessly will get worse instead of progressing to an upward trend. I'm with the French and Germans regarding regulated industry over making play money to throw at the problem, sinking the value of currencies even further. We've seen the lack of benefits with throwing money at banks. It's great that your filing taxes will bring in the EIC. The incoming money is better than throwing it outward. Our overall tax burden is not excessively high, it is just hard to get motivated to throw money away to a government who represents no progress for people and misappropriations to the leading economic collapse indicators such as AIG. I feel that with your home schooling for your daughter, it will help you both out. Being among peers has positive and negative impacts on situations and medical problems may make the environment too challenging. |

Your story is heartbreaking and I pray for you and your daughter and feel frustrated that you fall through the cracks of this society and it angers me to no end. I hope your trip to Washington if fruitful and your daughter gets some relief from treatment. It is a bad thing to feel helpless, is there anybody you are seeing to help you with SSDI? I remember talking to so many people that tried to help but only hit brick walls. It seems to me that you would be a poster child for relief, so why can't they get it for you? All of this and the house as well......you must be a very special person. I have no rights to complain after hearing your story. ps. dentist was painful, but finally over. I neglected doing things at the time I needed it because at that time I had no insurance. Now that I have, it pays for some, but not all, but even a little is better than nothing. I refuse to get a set of choppers! lol, now that would depress me having to take out my teeth every night. |

Texas is right we are here to lend an ear, support and if we can bring a smile to another person's face that at these understandable times they can't find it on their own we all try help each with special input to pick us back up when we have fallen. I hope you enjoy your time with us A mortgage payment I can afford so I can remember what it felt like to be a homeowner. Thanks to a bunch of cheating the system group that call themselves loan servicers they want AIG to pay the full amount of the loan NOW, buy it back for pennies on the dollar and the only way to make that happen is foreclosure no matter what hype is being shoved down our throats or at least some such crap going on. Oh bad words sorry for going off. Take care all, Catherine |
