Just woke to a post from Mountain Life that says my investor, Deutsche is ruthless and begins foreclosure right at the three month mark. that's where I am. I don't know why it scared me. I know it is comining. I do have the money to pay the first this month, but if I pay it I won't have it next month so what's the diff? I need to do more research into Deutsche. They were not my original lender, and I've never gotten anything in writing to say that they were my lender. Anyhow, off to check the petition and get ready for work Love y'all |

I know booggs, I was so thankful that I was able to work from home too. Not the reason but because it did let me keep working. The trip all the way down to Atlanta would have been too much for my old body. I am going to get caught up on some postings to my list of contacts so we keep the momentum going and I made an appt. to get my hair cut this afternoon. Yesterday was so wonderful that it will be hard to beat! Booggs, so glad that you are feeling better. I was worried with the pig flu going around. Caldwell, if there is any research I can help you with for Deutsche please let me know. It's a crime they are mostly all ruthless in one way or another. Arlyn, I will pray for you today. Catherine, dear Catherine.......HUGS and have a great day. I know reading those meters doesn't compare to last night's joy and elation but I know you are thankful for the job. I haven't been driving so am taking care of DH knee so he won't suffer too much getting me into town. We live in the boonies so any trip to town becomes a major journey. Ama, I know you will have fun getting at the house. Hey, it's something different. AZ, please know that I will be thinking of you. You are so fortunate to have all your family close to you. Cheesecake is one of my favorites. I will try to keep the petition at the top of the postings until I leave for the haircut. I copied your welcome and will try to grab the new folks the best I can. Native, welcome back! I love you all for being my best friends and being patient as I learn more about all this. I don't feel comfortable answering some of the questions since I am so new at this but will help in other ways to share the work. Faith, if you are out there we love you and thank you for your concerns. You are always looking out for everyone else so please take care of yourself too. Sorry if I forgot anyone. Faith always remembers everyone's names. I'll get started on all the loansafe tasks. HUGS!!

Finding out about how to contact Deutsche is proving to be pretty difficult. I did find one post that said they started playing on the modification front in August, but can't find any confirmation. I don't like being scared. It comes so easily. I've always had this thing about being bushwacked by something I didn't expect at all, and I see that that is what is going on with me right now. I need to get educated all over again. God I am tired of this.

Richard's article is awesome, and I LOVE the title! There is NO WAY we are being ignored by Washington, the bankers, and the media right now. They hear us, but they're still trying to figure out what in the he!! to do with us. They better figure it out soon. We are an impatient bunch of people here, and we're not backing down. We are a force to be reckoned with. And the best part is, we're starting to like what we're doing!

I am scared to death underneath all the bravado that may appear on other threads. I cannot accept the plane ticket becaue there is absolutely no way to repay you (besides, it costs an arm and a leg to get anywhere from Humboldt County by plane, believe me). But I would love it. I do get lonely. I can't believe I couldn't understand at first why people posted here. It is my rock. You are my rocks. I am scared right now. I'll get over it. But I am really scared. I ahve to be so strong at work (I'm the director) and I am chair of all sorts of things and people think I don't need help and I do. And I know you all understand that. Thank you thank you for being here/there. I cannot believe what comfort you give me.

I talked to Catherine today and said have so many roll over minutes that i'm going to start calling one of you each day instead of letting the minutes go back to wherever they come from. I so needed all of you. I have no family close to GA and my brother lives in Ashtabula, OH. Y'all would love it up here in the mountains. I have no one close to me and it's heaven. My door is open for any of you. With so many of us, none should ever be homeless. We'll chip in for a plane ticket or whatever is needed. I know it's much further to GA but that's okay. I will always share whatever I have with any or all of you. That is such a wonderful feeling to have only known you for a few weeks and feel so loved. My mom and dad are both gone but they really weren't the sharing kind. Caldwell, I have thought about you all day and being alone anytime is bad but right now has got to be tough. Whatever I can do for you or anyone else please let me know. You could never insult me EXCEPT if I found out any of you needed help and you did not allow me to help you. There is such renewed hope running through me now. The last couple of days make me think that it is very possible that all this will turn out so we will at least come out of this fight with our homes. If we don't, we will still have our families and our dear friends here. Everyone have a really good night. HUGS and blessings.

Caldwell and all, Don't take this as a let-down, but in trying to make any personal contact with Deutsche Bank, but if you happen to get through, you will be probably talking to the janitorial supply room on the 3rd floor basement. Deutsche Bank (DB) doesn't care about you and me, 18% of home mortgages in the USA are securitized as in Asset-Backed Certificates etc. These are Preditory and Toxic loans where we have recourse. We were duped as in, planned by design to fail, either way they make money in fees! (DB) answers to its Investors only, (DB) didn't "lend" any money, they never did, they didn't have the money to begin with. They only "manage" large investment "pools" for the true "investors". I'd like to offer something I found totally "laughable" on my original Certified Copy of my Default Notice sent to me by Recontrust Company.....but as I sit here tonight I need to run this by my attorney first before I make it public because it may be further ammunition for me. Calwell, these people (DB) are so well insulated as I'm sure you already know. Here's something that may give you an idea about (DB) from Wikipedia..... Deutsche Bank - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Source relibility on Wikipedia can be an issue at times, but there's always a tid-bit or two of learning. Also have any of you taken into consideration a massive, well articulated and designed "Ponzi Scheme" that could be attributed to this 18% rate of failure I mentioned earlier? Here's another link from Wikipedia..... Ponzi scheme - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Just so you all know, at this point in time I can only provide so much on a public forum, and I've also been told to install a zipper on my lips for the time being sooooo.....until then! I found the items that aroused my initial curiousity while rummaging through the SEC filings while doing research on Green Tree. I have found it extremely interesting how I can find documents and form a sort of 'genealogy' of the banks, etc involved and how these events may have fit together back to before the Depression. I guess I am an investigative reporter wannabe. Thanks for the info.

Blooming, Keep it up WTG, this whole thing is such a massive web of deceipt and fraud it's mind boggling how it fell below the "radar" of scrutney for so long. You know since we're all doing our own individual form of research on this scam, I've got something in mind that we may be able to do to further expose it and the "real players" involved! More on that tomorrow.....some thinking is required on my part. Thanks Blooming, you got my creative side going again! Gary |

Even in a house full of people it was here I found any kind of peace when other's knew how hard this gets and what it does to what you thought used to be normal. I tried to play their game using my idea of showing them a common sense solution to keeping my home. Taking my lender's advice in hindsight was a huge mistake. Yes, at least what I dealt with once you hit three months behind it is game on for them to foreclose. I hated being here when I couldn't make the payments. People have talked about staying for months for free to save money. I was in that mode to survive when they took my home. Believe you me it did not come free. I barely left my room, every project sat untouched, my heart had been broken when my loan adjusted missing that first payment. All those years I spent fixing it up became so what none of that mattered anymore I am losing this game they set me up to fail. The deep cry from holding onto hope and losing it is one of the hardest places that took months to pull out of. I wish I could give you advice to make this all better and get your lender to the table. If it was me waiting on NACA I would try not to get three months behind. When that happened to me I was passed off to the next department to finish what loss mitigation had started. Finding an Attorney in foreclosure defense has become my last hope. Although I am still here due to Chapter 13 protection in all reality nothing has changed except more time to TRY to get my loan into something that will allow me to keep my home. When you think your all alone and some of us do with a house full your not. Although I can't change how your feel I can tell you one of the main reasons this thread was started is for exactly how you feel right now. The physical and emotional toll this took had I not had my friends here I can't imagine where I would be today. For any of us when this gets bad and it will sharing it is like therapy to keep trying to pick yourself and keep moving forward. There is a group here that every single one of us have our arms around you right now!!! From our hearts to your Ann however this works out please don't let it take away from the incredible woman you truly are. Try to see what we do, not what the banks want to believe so you give up. That same advice was given to me a time or two. LOL, sometimes I heard it too and it helped |

I will pray for you that it does! In other news, I had two crappy nights of little sleep in a row now. It stinks being on the East Coast...I'm 3 to 4 hours ahead of you all so when the threads are hopping at 8PM your time, it is getting way late on my time. Couldn't help myself last night on this forum, so much posting going on...it really can be addictive! Anyway, I was turning in for the night around midnight when my two year old woke up so I went in to try and get him back to sleep. I rocked him and he was out but wouldn't let me put him down in the crib. So, I thought I'd just put him in my bed...so I walk out of his room and see that my 4 year old's door is wide open and he is calling for me from my room. Now, I do have a king size bed, but my older one sleeps right up next to me and the younger one decided it was time to be wide awake and chatty (well, he doesn't actually say much...he is in speech therapy...another story, another stressor!). Anyway, he was up for a good hour before I said to heck with it and just put him in his crib crying loudly. I had to shut my door and turn off the monitor just so I could get some sleep and then I woke up at 5:15 groggy but completely unable to fall back asleep...no big deal though as my 4 year has decided that 6AM is the new wake up time. I hate daylight savings! It totally screws up the little ones sleep cycles! So, I feel like the walking dead today! I've had my coffee and a piece of toast. When I don't get enough sleep, I feel nauseous in the morning even if I am hungry. I hope the day goes well. I think I'll be hitting the sheets at 8 o'clock tonight! Sometimes I can't shut my brain off. I guess this forum is like caffeine for me...keeps me up! Maybe I need to stay away when it is getting late LOL! Have a lovely day all! |
