Urgent:Loan Modification and bail bond? - Loan Modification Forum

I have a cousin who asked if he can put my property for his bail bond.I don't mind helping him out but does anyone know if it will mess m my chances of getting a loan modification?

I wouldn't do anything to jepordize your home, and I would consider this additional piece of information one strike against you. . .

the bond creates a lien on the home and won't go away until it's paid, i have a client with that situation, i wouldn't do it if i were you, i think the bank would have to do a lien search to find out about it, but you can be stuck with this and can become a serious problem in the future, my advice: no way!
