I have read many scary stories about mortgage companies foreclosing on people and they didn't even know about it. My notice of default was dated sometime in mid September. I am going to file chapter 13 anyways because we just can't get caught up on everything else anyways but I am still wondering about this. There is a thread on here regarding foreclosures. Hopefully, you can read some of the information here and find what you need. What state are you in? Hopefully someone will read your thread and can give you some guidance. Foreclosure Laws - Loan Modification Forum - LoanSafe.org |

Why do we not get this letter certified but the NOD is?? Seems that this would be way more important info! I will ask my BK attorney I guess. |
