Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Re: Deficiency Note Your question is pretty vague, but my response would be that the best way to dispute a deficiency note is to avoid one in the first place by attempting to negotiate a release of the deficiency during the SS. An experienced SS attorney would be key to this. You could hire a debt negotiation attorney after the SS, to try and negotiate out the balance of the note, but my recommendation would be do try to eliminate the note before the SS is complete if possible.

You can dispute it but they have the right to sue you for the deficiency. I would consult an attorney. If they sue you then file for BK.
