Was just curious to see if anyone has had any sucess with getting a loan mod from WAMU (backed by Fannie Mae)?

As I sit on hold for 24 mins, I got to thinking and was wondering if there is ANYONE who has actually completed the process.

It seems as of right now if your investor is Fannie you will most likely be offered a trial period before a permanent modification. You can read more on the MHA program and guidelines here:
