Just exhausted!! - Loan Modification Forum

I am so tired.. I am trying to get a mod for my parents through Chase, it's going no where.. In the mean time my Dad has to have his hip replaced and needs it soon. My ex husband is going to help them with the house payment till this all gets resolved. My biggest fear is that Chase will not do the refi... I am just lost with them and don't seem to be getting any advise on what to do with them.

To top all of that off I am going to be making my 3rd trial mod payment this week to Litton. It was pretty simple getting a trial mod with them, about 45 days or less however I don't trust them!! Something is telling me it's not all good.. I keep getting certified letters from Litton demanding money, I call and they say oh just ignore it.. I'm not comfertable ignorging that stuff...

The stress of all this is just too much.. So time consuming.. Just plain tired..

I needed to vent ..

Sorry to hear this.. I'm sure you have seen this email around, but have you tried to email Jamie Dimon?

Also as far as Litton goes hopefully you will be successful in achieving a permanent mod shortly after this trial period. Good Luck
