I have been trying to get a loan mod with Chevy Chase on primary residence for over a year now due to reduction in income. I finally hired someone to help me since we were being told being blocked at collections now we at least have our foot in the door after three months with the modification company!.I think it depends on the type of loan you have with them I am an option arm so standard response has been they do not modify them because they are in a securitized trust. |
