| Hello everyone! I know I haven't been busy on the forum as much as I would like to in the recent past and it has been a whirl wind year. But now I am back to regular postings and help on this website, LoanSafe.org and blogging big time at LoanWorkout.org. I also wanted to let everyone know that I will be here as much as possible with my son Evan Bedard. Evan has a year experience working with law firms as a loan modification processor and brings some good insight to our forums. However, we need help from anyone willing to extend a helping hand, hi, link or genuine help to new members and visitors. The forum has grown in leaps and bounds, yet we make very little income to pay for support staff to help the hundreds of homeowners that come here for free help every month. It doesn't have to be much at all. Just think if 20 or 30 of us makes 2, 3 or more posts, they will add up quick. Pop in here a couple times a week or more, spend a few minutes saying hello or offering help and that would HELP TREMENDOUSLY! If you want to assist more, then that would be awesome. Almost every single question or information that each new member is seeking can be found with the forum search function up in the top tool bar of the forum. Please let me know if you can help and for those members that have been doing that, THANKS so much!!!

| Re: Can You Help on the Forum? Moe, I have not been here long, but YOU FOLKS helped me save my home. I am not experienced in the technicalities of the processes, but I can say "Hi" and give help whenever I can. Although I am happily in my mod, I still come by here everyday. I have fallen in love with your community. There are many folks out there who still need help, and according to the new unemployment numbers released yesterday, there will be more folks in our positions. Let me know what I can do. |

| Re: Can You Help on the Forum? Moe, First congratulations on a new baby, like so many others I found your site through a desperate need for insight to the process, THANK YOU. I am in Florida and will post whatever info I come across in (our) process. I have only made a few post prior to now since I wanted to understand how the forum works. As I move forward from here I will post more although I am by no means an expert. However anything at all that I can do to assist this forum I WILL, just let me know how. Having read some many of the posts and threads it breaks my heart but also gives me hope in knowing I am not alone. "To cross the mountain you must focus on stepping over the stones in the path not the size of the mountain" or something like that....... Hope your Independence day 2009 was safe and happy. Again THANK YOU so much for this forum. |

| Re: Can You Help on the Forum? Alright Irish! I was hoping you were on board when I saw you post today!! I had Evan when I was 18 years old. I'm an oooooold man.LOL. It's cool working with him. It's been over a year now and he has grown a lot with his knowledge. He was working for me and then a law firm processing Countrywide loan modifications. Now he has the experience to help, so I recruited him to blog with me from home.

| Re: Can You Help on the Forum? I wanted to bump this thread and also let everyone know that I am now allowing real estate and mortgage professionals the ability to join the forum, help homeowners and then promote their company or business. (we have to check you out first) If any of the posters on this thread are in mortgage or real estate, I will allow you to have your pictures, websites and phone numbers in your signatures if you wish. If you want to submit articles or blog posts, I will allow that also via the home page and forum. Thanks again!

| Re: Can You Help on the Forum? Moe, I am brand new to this site and am already in love with it. The whole pay it forward idea is a long-standing belief of mine. I am a Realtor who is in the process of trying to modify one loan and short sell four other properties. I'm not trying to advertise, but I have learned a lot over the last six months about the short sale process and I would be happy to help in any way. All but two of my current listings are short sales so I spend most of my working day talking to clients who are in the same financial distress that we are in. My husband is a mortgage broker, by the way, so we have really been devastated in the last couple of years. My clients will all be given this website from now on as part of their listing package. Thank you for allowing me to post. |

| Re: Can You Help on the Forum? Hello and thanks! Please stick around, pay it forward and you can place your name, company and contact info in your signature. I will be doing a lot of due diligence, but I think having some good Realtors and mortgage (non-loan modification) to help guide people would be a great fit for the forum now it has grown so large. I look forward to seeing more postings from you!

| Hey Moe, count me in! You have helped many of us without probably even knowing. Just by having this website where we are able to vent, ask questions and gain so much from you and all the knowledgeable people! I am sorry to hear that about *** *** she has really done a great job! Kuddos to her too! I may not be that knowledgeable about the technicallity of the mortgages, loan mods, but I can sure share my experience and try to encourage others not to give up!! I think that we trust you because you have such a great website and in your pix you look like a trustworthy guy (my opinion) LOL and mostly because you are a family man and seem to put your family first. To me family is everything!!! |

| Re: Can You Help on the Forum? Moe Thank you very very much for the forum. It has been so very helpful. Congratulations on the baby. Makes us realize there are certain things in life that are worth fighting for. Family is number 1. I am offering my help. I certainly am not an expert in the techical/legaleze of mortgage documents. I am a retired claims adjuster (30 years), so I do have some experience navigating the legal system. Anything I can do to make this forum more helpful and successful just "holler". Kenman |

| Re: Can You Help on the Forum? Thanks so much Kenman! You got it, family is numero uno in my life and placing them first helps me make the best decisions for our family as a whole. You're help and membership will be valued by all. I truly respect everyone who is reaching out and paying it forward and those who do daily and did not respond here. Your help in not unnoticed, but much appreciated. Remember, my plan with LoanSafe.org was to make it your community (everyones) and not mine or any moderators to rule. Feel free to post, chat, help and pay it forward in any way you can.
