OCWEN Loan Mod ?? - Loan Modification Forum

I have a 8.75% ARM I/O loan for apppx $198,000 my payments are $1440.00 not inc tax and insurance. I have not been able to make the last 2 months payments. I have called early intervention, submitted hardship letter, income/expense sheet, financials,etc the complete package. I have spoken with three different overseas cust. reps with no success. I have not made March's payment and I'm on pins and needles. I have been reading all the posts concerning mods and this forum has been a huge help. Thanks to everybody who has posted info. This is my first time posting. I noticed one of the members had success with a rep called Jennifer.I was wondering if i can get her number as well. Thanks in advance, Stressedtothemax

Did you have any luck reaching Jennifer? I tried a week ago and left a message with no return call. Wondering if you have to be assigned
