Wamu Mod, HELP!!!! - Loan Modification Forum

Hello,

I am new to this forum and I am so glad I was told about it. This is our story. ffice:smarttags" name="State">ffice:smarttags" name="place">

Our mortgage is a negative amortization loan the principal is getting higher and higher . We are self employed and have not been able to pay ourselves for over a year. Business for us is primarily connected to lace w:st="on">Californialace>’s new residential housing market which is in turmoil and has caused some mayhem in our finances over the past year.

We are working with WaMu care team and have submitted our loan modification, that was back in January, two weeks ago I called them to see the status of our loan mod and was told our case or loan was given to a negotiator. I called yesterday and was told our loan mod was resigned to a new negotiator because our loan is a nonconventional loan. What does that mean? I am late for this month and have been late since Dec of last year and paying late fees avery month.
Please Help!!!!! any advise is welcomed.
