Re: Indymac won't modify my loan

I tried to modify a loan with Indy mac using the dti ration. When I use the calculations it ask me to put in my taxes and insurance which is not in escrow. I pay them on my own I was denied a modification by indy mac because they did not use my taxes in the calculation being that it is paid separately. Is this correct or are they required to add the taxes to calculate dti. I sent it all the tax bills to show proof .ty
