I work in the same job for 5 years and my husband for 11 years. Our income now are lower because we don't receive comission anymore, so we cannot afford to make the payment on time. We are now 50 days late and waiting for an answer. I called yesterday they told me maybe we don't qualifiy it is because they are taking so long. Is it true? Today i faxed a request for them change for a making home affordable modification. |

I was worried at first that they were going to deny me because they have been taking so long to complete my modification. They are completely swamped with all of the new mod programs out there, so be patient. If they don't say it is cancelled, then you are probably ok. Also, keep calling for updates, and make sure that the information you provided is current (within 60 days), or that could delay the process. Give it some time, but keep on them |

My last call in Jan I was told I didn't qualify. Review the feedback under the Countrywide forum and you will know what to do...seek help from NACA asap. |
