Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Loan Modification with new HASP after Hope Now modification The question I have is; after a surprisingly successful loan modification under the Hope Now plan last September (not late on payments, just needed to freeze ARM interest), my husband now brings home around 600 dollars less a month. We are still not late on any payments, but our mortgage payment is way too high (8.65 % interest). Does anyone know if we can do another modification to reduce the interest rate on our loan and make our payments more affordable? |
