I have found GMAC employees to be completely apathetic, rude, ignorant, inept, dismissive and useless.
Good luck to all of you who are trying to work out a solution with the "Gold Standard" for incompetency GMAC . Despite the infusion of TARP money, GMAC is not doing a thing to help.

Folks, I don't want you to get depressed further. However, I can only tell you that GMAC is thoroughly inept and completely apathetic. Their employees are clueless and incompetent. I have been "dancing" with GMAC since December..I have ben more than polite with every single GMAC employee in their supposed "Loss Mitigation Dept." I have spent countless hours on hold..I have been transferred to every conceivable extension in their pathetic telephone system. I now have retained a lawyer because these imbeciles have worn me out !
