Aurora Loan Services

I have a mortgage with ALS and also 2nd mortgage with bank of america. I am 3 payments behind and i have sent ALS the hardship letter and also the finacial stuff they wanted and they are not modifying my loan they told me i would need to pay all 3 months and then they will consider modifying my loan. I am trying to get 30 yr low fixed rate from them but having difficulty doing so. Can anyone please advise what i should do next?

Re: Aurora Loan Services

Please answer for both loans..............
What is your interest rate at?
Are you paying interest only?
When is it set to adjust?
What is the loan amount?
Are you in default?

Re: Aurora Loan Services

Since you are not getting anywhere with ALS...............
If you are looking to try to modify to a low fixed rate loan and this is the only property that you own..............you may want to try going through the HUD approved non profit agency NACA instead..........their services for the Home Save modification program are free..............
click on the link for the info...............
