wells fargo loan mod nightmare

sent in payment late in june . not a va loan and don't know if it is fannie or freddie.used 2-3 usps priority. posted 14 days later as usps lost it but my postmaster found it in LA, even though i live in montana. in meantime called wells to keep in touch with them. they offered a loan mod or special forbearance and i went with it. made my 3 payments to ft mill sc in sep,oct,nov.
waited to get new payment for dec. they told me all along balloon payment in dec would get rolled back in if i was timely, which i was. never happend.
fast forward to feb 23. i have gotten everything from........
1.we can't find it
2.it's in review
3.send no money

6. call center people and senior level people in maryland and sc getting "disconnected:
7. we will foreclose in jun if you don't pay
8. fax in financials in jan to finish my loan mod info only to get a letter saying thanks for info we will look into a loan mod/special forbearance (even though this paperwork was for the old one)
9. we have expedited it
10. talking to executive number now in iowa on feb 20 and feb 23 and they swear they are on it and someone will call today.
in a nutshell, i did what they said, 3 months of payments on time so they could make the 4th payment amount and date and get it to me, that is about 56 days late. and now they say i am late!

Now i am concerned.

I have made my 1st of 3 payments which i was told the same thing it will be rolled into my loan (final balloon) and then they will give me a perm mod.
Is this there procedure.... I am scared now.

All that pres is talking about where do we go from here are we getting ripped off by wells.
