Credit Card Modification - Loan Modification Forum

I was wondering if anyone has had success in getting a credit card mod.? I have tried with chase but they wanted me to call a debt mang. company. Will contacting the loss mitigation departments help with credit cards also? If so anyone know address or contact numbers for Chase and Bank of America?

You would need to call the number off of the statement...............loss mitigation is for residential mortgages.
