Ok, got our Loan Modification Agreement today, which we need to get Notarized. Look's like we will be saving us $690 every month on this. We're Stoked!!!!

Got my Loan Mod Agreement today. We will get them Notarized and sent back asap. Looks like were gonna save $690 every month. We're Stoked!

Ok, just got the paperwork notarized and sent it back via pre-paid Fedex Overnight. Cost us $20 for notary of 2 stamped pages.

While IMPAC is trying to do the right thing, our servicer Bank of America has screwed things up royally. They lost our original paperwork sent to them for the modification and despite the fact the loan is deferred and we made our payments, they reported us as delinquent to all the major credit agencies. Our credit cards are now getting turned off without notice. What I thought was going to be a good thing is turning into a nightmare. I've had to dispute everything. I hope others are having better luck.

Just to finish this Thread up. We are good to go for the next 5 years. We are now at 3.5%. Our monthly is about $600 lower. Plus $250 on our second with HomeQ.

Thanks to this forum, it gave me valuable info and advice. Now, hopefully my gray hairs will turn black again.
