I would like to know if I can do my own forensic audit but do not know what to look for specifically. Anyone do this or know how? Help is appreciated. |

Just so I am clear, if it is not a normal refinance, but if it is determined that there is a big enough violation to warrant a possible rescind of the original loan, then there is no statute? |
