Denied Mod, how do I doc a forensic doc audit to see any violations?

Have been denied for a loan modification by Select Portfolio Services.

I would like to know if I can do my own forensic audit but do not know what to look for specifically. Anyone do this or know how?

Help is appreciated.

***, this advertisement references a 3 year time frame in which the process needed to have been initiated. Do you know if there is any wiggle room on this?

that would be the statute of limitations for a law suit for rescinding the loan if it were a refinance only...............and one would also need to have a backup loan in the same amount to take the place of the loan being rescinded.

Just so I am clear, if it is not a normal refinance, but if it is determined that there is a big enough violation to warrant a possible rescind of the original loan, then there is no statute?

Re: Denied Mod, how do I doc a forensic doc audit to see any violations?

that is a question best directed at an attorney..................as the right of rescission is only applicable in the case of a refinance.
