Workouts/loan Mods on Commerical Bldgs - Loan Modification Forum

I own a small commercial building with a high interest rate on my loan. My business has sufferred many setbacks with the retailers going BK and unpaid accounts receivables. Can you advise if commercial workouts are avail? I called my lender and they blew me off. I can not get a SBA refinance because property values have gone down and loan guidelines have been so strict. I am 30 days delinquent on my loan.

that is a whole other animal................and very different investors on those types of loans..............you may want to try googling commercial loan mods and see if there is any info out there............this forum is residential loan mod info so we don't really have info for commercial loans.
