Saxon Need Help

i have my 1st loan with saxon mortgage and it was suppose to go adjustable june 09 i was asking saxon to modify my loan and they told me that i had to be behind on my payments in order to get help so i didnt pay aug 08 but started loan modification paperwork in late august.here comes oct 08 i received act 91 notice. called up saxon and they told me my modification was still in process so i continue to wait late nov i received my approved modification docs sign them notorized and sent my deposit certified funds.my payments went up 4.00 and they only froze the loan for 5 years. now dec 31 i received a letter telling me that saxon was going to proceed with foreclosure i called them but got the usual run around they didnt know why i received this letter transfered me over to the loss mitigation department no one answered so i left a message when i attemted to make my jan payment i was told they would not accept my money because the loss mitigation rep that was doing my paper work no longer worked for saxon and i needed to wait till saxon assigned someone else to my account to help with the approval of my loan modification. thru this whole aggravating process my wife was overwhelmed by all the letters pertaining to foreclosure coming in the mail and i believed that this was a big factor in my wife's pregnancy and on jan 07 09 she delivered a baby girl when she was only 20 weeks pregnant the baby died one hour later. jan 14 we received a call from saxon they had assigned a new rep and she was going to stop foreclosure but just this past friday we got the sherriffs notice of default saxon mortgage wants the entire bal in full. this is definately not fare what should i do? i paid my jan 09 payment via western union quick collect but saxon can;t find my money western union told me that saxon received the payment 2 minutes after i send the payment and saxon now told me to call back no sooner than jan 29 because they are backed up.is there really any hope for us i really do not want to move we donot have anyone here and i will be forced to go back to ny which i really dont want to take my children there since it is very difficult i do not want to lose my home can any one please advise me on what to do?
