Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Re: confused/loan mod The foreclosure efforts will continue even while going through the modification process and if payments are not being made the fees will also continue to acrue, if the modification is approved by the investor, these fees will most likely be added back into the principal balance as a part of the modification................but if the modification is not approved by the investor the foreclosure will follow the timeline allowed by your state.
