Saxon + First Franklin = NO MOD..??!! - Loan Modification Forum

We sent Saxon and NACA all Financial info back in Nov 08' only to be told by Saxon our investor First Franklin Financial Corp doesn't allow Modifications..??? We were granted a 30 day stay from a sale/auction date...... Does anyone have a contact number or website for First Franklin..??

Sorry to hear. I was under Saxon as well and that was the same reason we were given, investor won't allow modification. I tried getting a mod done myself, got denied twice. Hired a lawyer, still no success despite numerous TILA violations. I hope you have more luck than us.

I am dealing with first franklin too.. They are doing madifications, just not for me.. Or anyone I know.. Here is what I have.. First Franklin actually lost there lending rights, so its Home loan services.. (800) 346-6437.. WWW.VIEWMYLOAN.COM... Just type in your loan number..
