Homeq contact info and help

Hi, I have tried before to get a mod from HomeQ - was denied I had too much debt. So I have never been late. But now have a letter from them telling me 'my situation can become more serious'. Here is what they did...

Denied Mod in October -
Paid Nov early in month
They held Nov pay in suspense
Went online to pay Dec-could not- called them -Oops we held Nov in suspense Ha Ha..oops
Paid Dec early in Month
Paid Jan on 15-end of grace period

Got a silly 'telewire' from them -you owe Dec and Jan and we are serious.

Called them - oops, we made a mistake. Call the credit bureuas youself to see if you are considered late. So angry I left message for a supervisor. Cant get above the CSR's who are not helpful.

I demand they send a recission letter that they goofed up - they dont want to. Bad enough that they wont do a mod, but then they hold payments, apply payment after the send date, and in essence mess up my account. So now I am still in need of Loan Mods on a 6.75 first and a second which Citi dropped from 12.99 to 8.00 and in debt settlement for credit card debt. Trying to keep my head above water but I think HomeQ wants me to go under -why else play around with my payments??

Who can I contact at HomeQ who can do something about the mismanagement of my account, and are there any solutions to loan mods?

First you would need to correct the account before resubmitting for a modificaiton............
you may have to wait until he gets back in the office......I think he was out until the 26th.........but check
