We are, I'm hoping, in the final stages of the modification process and the negotiator said last week that the a property report had been ordered. I'm nervous as heck right now and just curious what other's have experienced. Thanks!!! P.S. Backstory... Lender is ASC, we are working with attorney, had 3 month trial modification with last payment suppose to roll into loan, all payments made on time w/last payment being 12/25. |
