Contract with Loan Modification company - Loan Modification Forum

Hi

I received a contract to handle my loan modification from a loan modification company. Does anyone have a sample contract or a different company contract. I want to compare/contrast terms. Are there any boilerplate provisions?

Lawyer,
Most of these "loan modification companies" are scams, and we do not allow any info to be posted on them on the loansafe site. We do reccomend using a verifiable lawyer by checking your states BAR association website, using one of the non-profits such as NACA or getting the mod done on your own.
