I am thankful that you have taken the time to create this website for everyone who needs help understandstanding what is going on with our economy particularly in the real estate market. Anyhow, I have a concern in regards to commercial properties. I have been wondering if loan modification is also applicable for commercial properties. If so, how do you handle it? Is it the same approach as residential properties? Reason for my asking is because I have friends who owns a commercial property and they are in need of loan modification? Please advise. Thanks, |
