Loan Mod on 2nd with RBC Centura

Hello All,

I am currently working with AHMSI to try and modify my first mortgage; but I also have a second mortgage with RBC Centura. When we purchased the home it was through an 80/20 loan program, so I need to try and modify the 20 portion of that loan, in addition to the primary 80% portion I am working on now with AHMSI.
Does anyone have contact information for the right department or people at RBC Centura who might be handling modifications? I sent them a letter about a week ago, so hopefully they will respond with the correct contact information or better yet the appropriate paperwork to get started.
I will post to this thread to help others in my boat with RBC Centura, but in the meantime if anyone is or has gone through this process with them and has feedback and or contact info it would be tremendously helpful if you would share that information. Thanks!!

Well it took a while but RBC Centura now has a loss mitigation department to help with loan modifications. I just contacted them, so the process is just starting with the second mortgage. I am on a HAMP trial with the first now, so it would be nice to get the second modified as well and would help in our rebuiilding process after bk discharge in oct.
