| Litton - Second Loan Modification?? Hi there I just joined and wanted to inquire about something. Litton holds a second mortgage on my home (Countrywide has the first). Both agreed to load modifications earlier this year. My commission income has dropped since that time and I am now behind 90 days in my payments. Today Countrywide conditionally approved me by phone for another modification under the new Home Retention Program, but Litton says they will not do another modification since one was already done. Has anyone else run into this type of problem? Any thoughts or possible solutions? |

| Re: Litton - Second Loan Modification?? Hi dabar, Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining.............. Yes this has been said on the forum before..........that the investors with Litton will only approve a modification once. If you qualify for the CW program hopefully it will bring the relief that you need to keep your home.
