Hamp Trial Offer ??

I have received a Hamp trial offer that I received from BOA thru NACA. Problem is it is not enough. I have called naca and they pretty much said that was all they could do.

My question is if I turn this Hamp down would I be able to apply for a mod at a later date?

If I accept this offer, and we have further hardship(there are layoff rumors at my husbands company) during the trial period will they re asses the modification?

Did they make your payment to equeal 31% of income? if so that is all they can do at this point i do believe..
