Feeling pretty unfortunate to be one of the 30% of people with a loan not backed by freddie or fannie. Is there any talk of specific help for us? It is common knowledge at this point that we can not do HAMP and are having a very hard time getting any mods done at all....


Has anyone heard of any programs in the works for the unfortunate 30% MBS people??
