Info on Pegasus Investor Group mortgage reduction?

Has anyone heard anything positive or negative about the new loan reduction/modification program from Pegasus Investor Group , Carlos Acosta at www.destroymydebt.org ? There is also a yahoo news story at http://news.yahoo.com/s/prweb/20100105/bs_prweb/prweb3392444 . It seems like a great program but that thought isn't based on evidence, probably mostly on optimism that there must be something I can do about my upside down loan despite not qualifying for any of the available programs. I found it while doing my weekly news search.
