I have just short-sold three properties successfully. How many years will it take for my credit to improve so that a lender will once again lend to me so that I can buy a home? I have no credit card or installment debt in default, nor have I ever been late on anything besides my three home loans.

A ballpark idea is fine.

That is amazing that you acheieved a short sale on three properties. What lenders were the loans with?

It really all depends on how much your score has dropped and what you are going to do to regain points on your credit..
