Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Aproved for HAMP - Co-op situation Thanks for a great site. My situation is that I have been approved for HAMP. My first trial payment is on 12/1/09. My problem is that the number did not reflect my taxes, insurance and Home association dues. The reason being I live in NYC and own a Co-OP not a Condo. Wells Fargo has no idea how to incorporate taxes, Insurance and home association dues because all money is paid to the people who mange the building not to the actual State. ffice My question is does anyone know how Co-op properties are being handled with HAMP |
