Need some help with HAMP hardship affidavit please

hello i am new here but have been following the threads for some time now and i have finally recieved my Hamp packet but i am very nervous on how to fill out the hardship affidavit. below is what i have as a draft and would like some help please.

my loan info:
world savings pick a pay loan with fixed rate at 7.65%
original balance at $505,000
current balance at $523,918
purchase home at $610,000
current estimated at $340,000

my draft Hardship affidavit for HAMP:

Below are some events that have contributed in making it difficult to keep our loan current:

My pay is based on Commission and due to the decline in economy there have been more customers that have stopped service as well as a decrease in new customers in the pest control industry which has resulted in my income to be reduced.
>>
Our household financial circumstances have changed as a result to an increase in family responsibilities when our son was born. We now have a large portion of our income go towards expenses to care for him for example full time day care.
>>
Last year our loan payment was increased by $500 due to our property taxes being increased this along with the birth of our son really made it difficult to pay anything more than the minimum payment which now has resulted in our loan balance to go up an additional $19,000. Because our home has lost a significant value we are unable to refinance.
>>
We have not missed a payment to this date but are having difficulty in keeping up with all our day to day expenses and it has forced us to take money from our savings in order to pay our bills on time but as our savings is continuing to diminish we will be forced to be delinquent in our payments unless we get some help.
>>
Our goal is to stay in our home and would like the opportunity to do so.

please any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

thank you all in advance.

Hi Strawberie welcome and thank you for joining.

I would suggest to read through this thread. There are many examples of hardship letters:

Re: Need some help with HAMP hardship affidavit please

Hi evan,

thank you for responding.

i have gone through that thread a few times and i am not sure if any of those examples apply to my situation. as i am current on my loan and my hardship is more of a combined situation as described on my original post.

i don't want to put down something that will not be acceptable but also want to note down all my situation in order to qualify and get help.

in your opinion if i were to leave it as i have it would that be acceptable?

thanks
