Our household financial circumstances have changed as a result to an increase in family responsibilities when our son was born. We now have a large portion of our income go towards expenses to care for him for example full time day care. Last year our loan payment was increased by $500 due to our property taxes being increased this along with the birth of our son really made it difficult to pay anything more than the minimum payment which now has resulted in our loan balance to go up an additional $19,000. Because our home has lost a significant value we are unable to refinance. We have not missed a payment to this date but are having difficulty in keeping up with all our day to day expenses and it has forced us to take money from our savings in order to pay our bills on time but as our savings is continuing to diminish we will be forced to be delinquent in our payments unless we get some help. Our goal is to stay in our home and would like the opportunity to do so. please any feedback would be greatly appreciated. thank you all in advance. |
