Need help re: New state laws re mods - Loan Modification Forum

Hi all. I will be talking with my CA state congressman this week, and he wants to know what new laws that other states have instituted in this crisis.

I know about the Nevada Law requiring mediations.

I'm sure there are others. Could you please send me some links or point me in the direction? I want to give him lots of info about what other states have done, so that they can bring it to the CA state legislature.

What I like about their reports, is that they offer recommendations for improvement, not just what is not working and why. I think this would be a great resource for you to refer to in your discussion. I hope it goes well for you!
